Refund Policy
7-day full-refund guarantee, cancellation and renewal rules, and how to request a refund for Overclock subscriptions.
1. General rule
This Refund Policy is applied by GL Estrategias Digitais Ltda. (Overclock), CNPJ 29.231.457/0001-99 and complements the Overclock Terms of Use.
Except as provided in this Policy or where required by law, payments made to Overclock are non-refundable.
This Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly on overclock.sh, in BRL or USD. Purchases made through third-party platforms follow the refund rules of the platform where the purchase was made.
2. 7-day guarantee
Every plan comes with a 7-day guarantee: you may withdraw from your subscription within 7 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund of the amount paid, under the right of withdrawal in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
The guarantee applies to any plan, monthly or annual, in BRL or USD.
The 7-day window starts at the initial purchase and does not reset when you switch plans, upgrade or downgrade, or cancel and resubscribe.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through the subscription portal or support channels.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date — we recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance.
After the guarantee window, cancellation does not generate a prorated refund of the period already paid: your access continues until the end of the current period, and the subscription simply no longer renews.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund within the guarantee window, email [email protected] from your account email, stating the plan purchased and the purchase date.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and processed within 14 days of the request being confirmed. How long the amount takes to appear on your statement depends on your card network or bank.
- Do not send full card numbers, passwords, tokens, or credentials in a refund request — your account email and the purchase date are enough.
5. Termination by Overclock
If Overclock terminates your subscription without any violation of the Terms of Use on your part, you receive a prorated refund for the paid period not yet used.
If access is terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Use, fraud, abuse, or prohibited use, there is no right to a refund.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, contact [email protected] — most cases are resolved faster through the official channel.
An improper chargeback of a legitimate charge may result in suspension or limitation of access, as set out in the Terms of Use.
7. Legal rights and changes
Nothing in this Policy reduces rights that applicable law grants you and that cannot be waived by contract, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product, payment methods, or legal obligations. Relevant changes will be published on this page with a new version and date.
8. Language
This Policy was originally written in Portuguese and translated into English for convenience. In case of any conflict, ambiguity, or divergence between the Portuguese and English versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
