Shot — screenshots and recording for agent workflows (Ultra)
Screenshots and recording built for the agent flow: ⇧⌘3/⇧⌘4 straight to the folder with nothing lost mid-drag, editor with layers and auto-save, ⇧⌘5 recording that becomes frames for the agent — exclusive to Ultra.
Screenshots and recording in the agent flow
Anyone who runs agents all day captures the screen constantly — to show a bug, to paste context, to prove what the agent needs to see. The native macOS flow drops the file far from the work and, mid-drag, the capture still passes through a temporary folder and gets lost. Overclock Shot replaces that with a single path: ⇧⌘3 and ⇧⌘4 save straight into ~/Pictures/Overclock Shot, with an instant thumbnail — the file you drag is the file that arrives.
It's the ADE complement for visual work with agents: an editor with arrow, text, rectangle, highlight, crop, and blur — layers, undo/redo, and continuous auto-save — plus a ⇧⌘5 recording designed for AI that turns the part that matters into deduplicated frames and a contact sheet, ready for the agent to analyze frame by frame.

How to use it

arrow, text, rectangle, highlight, crop, and blur, with layers, undo/redo, and continuous auto-save.

Drag into the pane
any capture (or the frames folder) drops into the Overclock pane and the agent gets the path.
Pick your shortcuts
Overclock Shot's or the native macOS ones, with a clean swap between them.
What this area has today
Captures that never get lostshipped
⇧⌘3 and ⇧⌘4 save straight into ~/Pictures/Overclock Shot with an instant thumbnail — they never pass through a temporary folder, so the file doesn't vanish mid-drag.
A full editorshipped
Arrow, text, rectangle, highlight, crop, and blur — layer system, undo/redo, and continuous auto-save. What you annotated is already saved.
⇧⌘5 recording made for AIshipped
Select the area, record to .mp4, trim the clip in the filmstrip, and pick the FPS — the app generates deduplicated frames plus a contact sheet for the agent to read frame by frame.
Drag into the paneshipped
Drag any capture — or the frames folder — into the Overclock pane and the agent gets the path right away.
Shortcuts your wayshipped
