Frequently asked questions (Module 1 FAQ)
"Do I need to know which assistant to install?" No. To get started, install Claude — it's the only one required for the course. The others (Antigravity, Codex, Gemini, Copilot) are optional: the commands are in Lesson 1.5, and we come back to them in Module 3, when we cover configuration.
"What if I don't remember my computer's password?" You'll need to recover your operating system password before continuing. Talk to someone you trust who takes care of your computer — a relative, the tech support at the store where you bought it. This has nothing to do with Overclock, it's Mac or Windows security itself.
"It took too long to install. Is that normal?" It depends on your internet. On a good connection it takes under 2 minutes. On slow internet it can take longer. If it goes past 10 minutes with no visible progress, close Overclock, open it again, and Guided Mode will retry.
"Can I use Overclock on more than one computer?" It depends on your plan. Check overclock.sh for your subscription's terms.
"Overclock froze. What do I do?" Close Overclock normally (red X on Mac / X on Windows). Open it again. Guided Mode resumes where it left off. If it freezes again, try restarting your computer and opening Overclock again.

- Log in to Claude (the main assistant) through your browser.
- Open the first pane on the grid.
- Type your first message and watch it respond.
- Ask for something real — and watch it deliver.
